Speed Up Win XP
1.Go to Start Run. Type regedit.
2.Navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Current ControlSet\Control\SessionManager\MemoryManagement\Prefetch
3.Make sure you backup the keys by exporting them to a .reg file.
4.On the EnablePrefetcher value, change the setting from 3 to 5 (decimal).
5.Close registry editor.
6.Reboot Computer
