A]In Device Select Realtek ALC262 (OSS Mixer)

>>Cick On Preferences Button & Select
Volume > 70%
PCM-2 > 70%

>>Now In The Playback Tab You Can See
Volume PCM-2

B]In Device Select HDA Intel(Alsa Mixer)

>>Cick On Preferences Button & Select
Master > 70%
PCM > 70%
Front > 70%
Headphone > Mark
Input Source > Front Mic Or Mic

If You Want 2 Enable Your Internal Microphone Then Select All 3 Input Source as Front Mic
Where as If You Want 2 Enable Your Headphone Microphone Then Select All 3 Input Source as Mic Only.
